The Cat Empire “Stolen Diamonds” Australian Tour saw a slate of shows across Australia from late 2019 through to early 2021, with performances at festivals on top of headline shows of their own.
Matt was with them to deliver a live, dynamic and energetic lighting show to compliment the unique and lively performances that The Cat Empire are known for.
Matt’s experience with working with artists who perform live without track, meant he was easily able to create a well structured lighting show, that was still flexible enough to adapt to any changes that would come about mid show.
The Cat Empire - famous for their Session Musician style of music - love to bounce off the energy of their audience, and as such, needed a lighting show that could be as flexible and adaptable as them, while still maintaining a sense of structure, tightness and thoughtfulness for each song.
